Brief:
This course will focus on all banking legal aspects starting from role and structure of the legal department inside the financial institutions, then discussing the practical aspects of various business transactions (corporate banking, trade finance), and finally how to secure the lender’s rights and what are the relevant guarantees obtained in this respect.
This will be presented via two modules as follows:
Module 1; Participants will gain in-depth experience with banking transactions catered to corporate customers, ranging from simple to complex transactions. This includes funding and contingent facilities, loans, finance leasing, and syndicated loans. The module will be supported by relevant legal documents and practical legal inquiries.

3. How to read the Credit Approvals with a focus on the vital business terminology.
4. Transfer of money and the responsibility of the banks in this respect.
5. Practical demonstration of Various Forms of Letters of Guarantee and Letters of Credit, Supported by Case Studies.
6. Differentiation Between Facilities and Loans with Practical Insights and Relevant Templates.
7. Finance leasing structure and the designated template in this regard.
