Ibrahim Wagdy is a dedicated legal professional with a bachelor's degree in Law from Alexandria University, English Section in 2006. He is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association since then.

Currently, Ibrahim holds the position of Legal Director and is a member of the senior leadership group at ITWorx, a prominent full-service digital transformation provider that empowers global enterprises and governments with novel solutions. In his role, he specializes in international transactions within a multijurisdictional environment, demonstrating a remarkable ability to find legal solutions that suit such complex scenarios.

Ibrahim's career trajectory spans various fields. He started his early career by working in the real estate field. He then proceeded to work as a prosecutor in the Egyptian Public Prosecution before assuming the position of Associate General Counsel at the American University in Cairo, where he served as a director. Concurrently, Ibrahim dedicated himself as a part-time instructor, sharing his expertise in contracts' drafting with aspiring legal professionals. 

During his tenure at the American University in Cairo, Ibrahim achieved notable recognition for his outstanding contributions. In June 2013, he was honored with the "Catalyst for Change Award" by the university's president, in recognition of his exemplary citizenship and service.

Ibrahim's involvement at AUC extended beyond his legal counsel responsibilities. He served as the legal advisor for the university's "Documentation Committee" and played a vital role in the Emergency Management Team, ensuring a seamless transition during the outsourcing of housekeeping services. He actively participated in negotiation sessions with workers' trade unions, representatives from the Labor Office, and officials from the Ministry of Manpower and Immigration.

Ibrahim played a pivotal role in resolving tax issues for the American University in Cairo, engaging in negotiations with officials at the Ministry of Finance, Egypt, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Ministry of Higher Education. He also drafted the Amendment of AUC's governing Protocol, which was subsequently enacted as law following approval by the Parliament and ratification by the Egyptian President.

Ibrahim also has multiple certificates from many prestigious universities such as the University of Michigan, Harvard University, and the University of Pennsylvania.
