Sally Kotb is a seasoned dispute resolution senior counsel and arbitrator, boasting extensive expertise in various commercial arbitrations. With a diverse background, she has served as both counsel and arbitrator under prominent institutional rules such as ICC, DIFC-LCIA, CRICIA, DIAC, and ADCCAC. Sally's proficiency extends to providing strategic counsel on contractual matters and litigious risks under UAE law, with a specialization in drafting expert opinions for international and domestic arbitrations.

Over the past twelve years, Sally has cultivated a deep understanding of UAE laws across different industry sectors, leveraging her civil law background and Middle East & Africa practice. She holds the esteemed designation of Fellow from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) and has actively contributed to the field through her roles as the regional representative of the LCIA Young International Arbitration Group (YIAG) and as a registered trainer for the Dubai Legal Affairs Department (DLAD) program.

Sally's contributions extend beyond her practice, as evidenced by her membership in the Egyptian Bar Association since 2006 and her authorship of various arbitration publications, including the "Annotated Guide to Arbitration in the UAE - Volume 1: The UAE Arbitration Chapter."
