within Egypt’s largest law firms and the legal departments of major
local and international companies.
Hani continues to develop his
legal knowledge by undertaking educational diplomas, courses and
programmes and attending a plethora of conferences, workshops and
seminars across the globe.
Throughout his career, Hani gained
experience in a diverse range of industries, including Real Estate,
Infrastructure, Iron & Steel, Oil & Gas, Traditional and
Renewable Energy, Hotel Management and Healthcare.

Hani has
pioneered innovative legal ideas, solutions and documents and led
groundbreaking projects and deals in various sectors, including
Telecommunication, Real Estate Development, Oil & Gas and Energy.
Aside from Hani’s vast areas of expertise, Hani also has measurable
experience in Employment Law, Sports Law and Competition Law.
